Refund Policy Membership Refund Policy - All membership purchases are final and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued. Sailing Refund Policy - Refunds or exchanges must be requested a minimum of 5 days before the course start date. Refunds are subject to a non-negotiable 3.5% financial service fee.
